• Assists the Plant Manager in staffing, training, and maintaining satisfaction of the department's workforce.
• Appraises employee performance and makes recommendations accordingly.
• Enforces company policies such as safety, attendance, productivity, anti-discrimination and other work rules.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production, assembly, cut and sew staff in preparing components and finishing products.
• Recommends improvements in production methods and working conditions.
• Coordinates Production Schedule.
• Balances quality, productivity, safety and morale to achieve positive results.
• Assists New Product Development for PVC products.
• Supports internal safety programs and communications.
