Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a Production Supervisor/Manager in Glendale, AZ to lead a designated production team, oversee daily operations, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. You will coordinate activities to hit production and safety goals, maintain records, manage materials and inventory, and mentor the team in company safety policies while enforcing all regulations.

This role supports continuous improvement initiatives and collaborates with management.

Qualifications

• Oversee a department and team within the production process.
• Coordinate the team's activities to hit production and safety goals.
• Inspect the team's output for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Estimate production material needs and manage inventory.
• Teach and enforce company safety policies for zero incidents.
• Collaborate with team and management to improve production and safety.
• Mediates and resolves conflicts within the team.
• Perform other assigned duties.
