Tempur Sealy is seeking a Production Supervisor in Conyers, GA to oversee a production team and manage departmental goals. You will coordinate daily activities, ensure quality output, and maintain production records while enforcing safety policies across the shift.

The role requires at least a high school diploma/GED and 2 years of supervisory experience. Experience with Microsoft Office and data-entry tools is preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or certification in a related field preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience required.

Mansioni

• Manage and oversee a specific department and team within the production process.
• Coordinate the team’s activities to accomplish the established production and safety goals.
• Manage and inspect the team’s output to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Estimate production material needs and manage inventory.
• Teach the team company safety policies and enforce all safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the team and management to identify and implement ways to improve production and safety.
• Help to mediate and resolve conflicts within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
