Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Manufacturing Line Manager to lead a 24-hour manufacturing line with a strong safety culture and continuous improvement focus. You will drive zero defects and losses while coaching across shifts to build a capable, high-performing team.

The role requires close collaboration with line leadership to manage safety, quality, reliability, production attainment, productivity and costs, and to develop annual maintenance and long-term capital plans for the line.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree or technical certification in engineering or industrial maintenance preferred.
• 2+ years with Bachelor's Degree/technical certification required.
• 4+ years experience as manufacturing/operations supervisor required.
• 4+ years progressive experience in beverage production, maintenance, and/or warehouse operations preferred.
• Knowledge of data analytics and KPIs for measurement of manufacturing systems.
• Ability to manage and respond to issues for a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• 24-hours multi-shift accountability for safety, quality, production, delivery, cost and morale; establish and monitor metrics.
• Leads Daily Direction Settings (DDS) meetings; coachs team leaders in DDS process.
• Executes 90-day plans to eliminate losses using IWS tools and maintenance plans.
• Provide direction for production line and team; supervise staff operating the line.
• Owns the CIL, defect handling and incident elimination Daily Management Systems (DMS).
• Partner with line leadership to maintain DDS effectiveness and build team capability.
• Coach Direct Reports to foster a high-performance, diverse workforce; oversee recruiting and selection.
