Job summary

Tom Wood Aviation in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Line Service Technician to join our airport-based team. You will be responsible for marshalling, fueling, towing, and overall ground handling to ensure smooth operations for arriving and departing aircraft.

This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, and aviation experience is preferred. Availability for night and weekend shifts, plus a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, are required for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Aviation or airport operations experience preferred.
• Familiarity with airport procedures and safety regulations is a plus.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Marshalling arriving and departing aircraft, parking them safely, and towing as necessary.
• Performing aircraft fueling with accurate fuel levels and quality control.
• Towing aircraft and maintaining ground support equipment (trucks, tugs, golf cart, mower).
• Greeting pilots, passengers, and crew; assisting with baggage handling; providing ground transportation as needed.
• Conducting inspections and maintenance of ground support equipment for safe operations.
• Adhering to safety procedures and regulations to maintain a secure environment for personnel and aircraft.
• Maintenance of the building (mowing lawn, snow removal, cleaning, stocking supplies).
• Delivering excellent customer service to aviation guests consistently.

Tom Wood Aviation, in Indianapolis, IN is searching for a Line Service Technician to become a valued member of our team at the Indianapolis Metropolitan Airport. As part of the Line Crew, your primary responsibility will be delivering exceptional customer service to our esteemed guests.

Responsibilities:

• Marshalling arriving anddepartingaircraft, parking them safely, andtowingas necessary.

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service experience to all Aviation guests

Qualifications:
