Job summary

Tom Wood Aviation in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Line Service Technician to join our line crew. You will marshal aircraft, fuel aircraft, tow equipment, greet pilots and crew, assist with baggage, and provide ground transportation as needed.

You will inspect and maintain ground support equipment, follow safety procedures, and perform building maintenance. Aviation experience is preferred; a valid driver’s license with a clean record is required; night and weekend shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Must have availability to work nights and weekends.
• Aviation experience preferred.
• Familiarity with airport procedures and safety regulations can be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Marshalling arriving and departing aircraft, parking them safely and towing as needed.
• Performing aircraft fueling with accurate fuel levels and quality control.
• Towing aircraft and maintaining equipment (trucks, tugs, golf cart, mower).
• Greeting pilots, passengers and crew; assist with baggage handling; provide ground transportation.
• Inspecting and maintaining ground support equipment for safe operation.
• Refueling of fuel trucks.
• Adhering to safety procedures to maintain a secure environment.
• Maintaining the building (lawn, snow removal, cleaning, stocking).
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to Aviation guests.

Tom Wood Aviation, in Indianapolis, IN is searching for a Line Service Technician to become a valued member of our team at the Indianapolis Metropolitan Airport. As part of the Line Crew, your primary responsibility will be delivering exceptional customer service to our esteemed guests.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service experience to all Aviation guests
