Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks.
• Inspect vehicles to identify repairs or maintenance needs.
• Document services in compliance with company standards.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Explain repair recommendations clearly to customers.
• Stay current with automotive tech and repair methods.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure efficient workflow.
• Complete minor repairs like air filters, wiper blades, bulbs.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance
• Accurately document all services performed in compliance with company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally to customers
• Stay current with automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
• Complete minor repairs such as replacing air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
