Qualifications

• Three+ years in line service, aviation, or customer service roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Line Service Technicians and supervise daily operations.
• Oversee line staff in FBO, flightline and hangar organization; identify and fix issues.
• Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews; assist in hiring.
