Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 7 years of Line & Ramp experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and pass FAA background check; NATA Line Service training required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain adherence to Standards of Excellence for courteous customer service, grooming and dress code.
• Direct line service supervisors, leads, and technicians on a daily basis.
• Enhance training programs to maintain high levels of customer service and safety.
• Establish work schedules and assign duties to staff at all levels.
• Partner with HR to interview, hire, discipline and evaluate department staff.
• Review daily fuel activity reports to ensure accurate fuel sales and records.
