Job summary

Modern Aviation, Inc. Groton, CT is seeking a Line Service Manager to lead and oversee all Line Service Technicians at this location.

You will drive operational excellence, safety, and customer-focused service while managing personnel, equipment, and facilities to meet corporate standards and goals. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with prior aviation line operations and leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience in FBO or aviation line operations.
• Previous leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day line operations, ensuring efficient execution of activities.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to meet operational demands.
• Oversee training and development of Line Service Technicians across shifts.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver high standard of customer service for crew, passengers, and clients.
• Manage fuel quality control and inventory, and monitor equipment performance.
