Job summary

Jet Aviation seeks a seasoned Line Service Supervisor to coordinate daily line service activities, lead supervisors and technicians, and ensure top-tier customer service and safety across shifts.

The role requires 7+ years in line/ramp experience with 3+ years in supervision; a valid driver license and FAA background check; NATA Line Service training is preferred. Benefits and growth opportunities accompany a dynamic, round-the-clock operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 7 years of Line & Ramp experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Must have a valid state driver license.
• Certificate form NATA Line Service training program.
• Must be able to pass an FAA required 10-year background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and maintains adherence to the Standards of Excellence for courteous customer service, grooming and dress code.
• Supervises and manages line service supervisors, leads, and line service technicians on a daily basis.
• Enhances and reinforces training programs to ensure a high level of customer service and safety.
• Establishes schedules and assigns duties to supervisors and staff.
• Interviews and collaborates with HR on hiring, discipline, and performance evaluations.
• Reviews payroll and approves time worked for line service staff.
