Jet Aviation Teterboro is seeking a qualified supervisor to coordinate daily line service operations and lead a team of line service supervisors, leads, and technicians. You will ensure friendly service and adherence to established operating procedures across shifts.

The role demands strong leadership, training, and scheduling capabilities, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a dynamic aviation environment. A valid driver’s license and NATA Line Service certification are required.

Qualifications

• Line & Ramp experience.
• Experience supervising line service staff.
• Must have a valid state driver license and NATA Line Service training completion.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage line service supervisors, leads, and technicians.
• Ensure courteous customer service and adherence to Standards of Excellence.
• Coordinate schedules and assign duties across the team.
• Support HR processes in hiring, training, and evaluations.
