Job summary

Ultipro in Florence, SC is seeking a production worker to operate batter machines, feed fillers, and refill hoppers to sustain production lines.

Responsibilities include setting up workstations, moving machinery for cleaning, inspecting for defects, and adhering to USDA, GMP, QA, HACCP, and sanitation policies in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate batter machine, food pump, or any other equipment or machinery needed for food production.
• Manually supply ingredients to filler machines as needed to keep up with food production rate.
• Manually refill hopper with buckets of food for pump operation.
• Manually supply stacks of tortillas to each line station to keep up with food production rate.
• Help with the initial set-up workstations in preparation for food processing and production.
• Move filler machines to and from staging area as needed for cleaning and repairs.
• Perform work with consistent production and pace rate.
• Inspect foods for foreign objects and quality defects.
• Perform work in a fast paced environment, maintain production and quality requirements.
• Maintain knowledge, understanding and adherence to safety policies, USDA, GMPs, QA, HACCP, and Sanitation rules and regulations, and company policies.
• Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
