Job summary

Jet Aviation in Bedford, MA is seeking a Line & Ramp Lead to support daily shift operations and deliver high-quality service. You will lead the Line Services team and perform line duties as part of the crew, ensuring safety and operational standards are met.

The role requires aviation knowledge, leadership ability, and strong communication skills to support customer expectations and company procedures at our base."

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of general aviation and corporate aircraft refueling and towing procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily oversight of shift operations, including reviewing timecards and coordinating schedules.
• Serve as primary point of contact for shift communications and training.
• Lead day-to-day flight line operations including fueling, towing, hangar stacking, ramp parking, and equipment handling.
• Promote safety compliance and provide direction in the supervisor's absence.
• Marshal aircraft during arrivals and departures using standard hand signals.
