Vantage Aviation is seeking a Line Service Technician Supervisor to lead daily ramp operations, train technicians, and ensure safety and fuel quality standards are met on a fast-paced aviation ramp. You will coordinate shifts, supervise fueling and ground support, and serve as a primary contact for operational issues during assigned shifts.

The role requires 1–3 years in line service or aviation ground handling, strong leadership, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of line service or related operational experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Mansioni

• Perform line service duties: aircraft marshaling, towing, fueling, and ground support.
• Lead daily ramp and line service operations for safe aircraft handling.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to Line Service Technicians.
• Monitor safety procedures, fuel quality standards, and company policies.
• Assist management with scheduling, shift coverage, and workload coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues during shifts.
• Conduct routine quality control inspections of refueler vehicles and ramp equipment.
• Train technicians on cold weather procedures and protective gear.
• Communicate weather-related delays and service limitations to crews.
