Job summary

Northern Jet is seeking a hands-on Aviation Line Technician Manager to lead line service operations at our Florida base. You will supervise technicians, assign daily tasks, and ensure fueling, towing, and ramp activities are performed safely and efficiently.

This role emphasizes safety, service quality, and timely operations in a fast-paced private aviation environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential for coordinating crews, pilots, and customers in a high-end travel setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in aviation, ground handling, or fueling preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain an airport-issued badge.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of FAA, OSHA, and airport safety regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Line Service Technicians during shifts.
• Coordinate aircraft movements, fueling and ramp services.
• Maintain safe, efficient ramp operations and cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service and communications with pilots and crews.
