Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 3 - 5 years manufacturing/logistics leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Aspiration and drive to grow and develop.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient with computer software – MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to team members on new and existing standard operating procedures.
• Able to perform all positions on the line and function as a working production team member when needed.
• Responsible for arranging OT, organizing call-out coverage, and line scheduling.
• Ensure workstations meet all Safety and 5S requirements by active involvement with assessment per Quality and 5S guidelines.
• Conduct audits and lead assigned cell’s rapid problem solving; stop the line if abnormalities are found and escalate.
• Promote a positive work environment and coach and develop team members.
• Ensure associate compliance to Production Basics and meet hourly production rates; track progress and escalate if behind.
• Identify defective products, limit production loss, and perform first-level repairs.
