Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and prioritize key assignments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food product for home station and assist in monitoring depletion and replenishment.
• Manage the awarding of additional food, supplies, and service to any station with high work volume.
• Perform routine quality control inspections of all food products; notify supervisor of issues.
• Maintain full menu knowledge, including specials and upcoming events.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and service area and appliances.
• Label and store all food products per guidelines.
• Restock for the following shift at end of shift.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and PPE standards.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
