Job summary

Metz Culinary Management, located in Orlando, Florida, is looking for passionate Line and Prep Cooks for our busy kitchen operations. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for culinary and hospitality school graduates, with positions available in both full-time and part-time capacities.

You will be preparing delicious meals and following the Executive Chef's menus while contributing to a team-oriented work environment. Experience is beneficial, but we are ready to train motivated individuals with a positive attitude!

Qualifications

• Culinary and Hospitality School Grads are highly encouraged to apply.
• Experience in a food service setting is a plus, but not required.
• Motivated individuals with a passion for food are also welcome.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef Menus.
• Assist in kitchen operations including inventory and sanitation.
• Contribute positively to a busy kitchen environment.
