Qualifications

• Previous cook or kitchen experience in a hotel or restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Unexpired Food Handlers Certification.

Responsibilities

• Master our menu, understanding each item and its preparation for consistent quality.
• Keep storage areas organized and clean, set up stations before opening and maintain them.
• Prepare dishes with precision, adhering to event specifications and hotel standards.
• Complete necessary food and station preparations.
• Follow the Clean As You Go policy, keeping your work area spotless and safe.
• Breakdown buffets and kitchen line, storing food and equipment properly.
• Assist with kitchen equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
• Be proactive in managing food storage, rotation, and inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.
