Metz Culinary Management is seeking LINE AND PREP COOKS for a busy kitchen and café environment in Florida. Openings include full- and part-time roles; background in food service is helpful but training is possible for motivated individuals who share a passion for food and service.

Prepare delicious meals, assist with prep, inventories, and sanitation while thriving in a hospitality-driven team. A positive energy and willingness to contribute are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience desired, with basic math for inventory and portioning.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Hospitality-driven approach and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.
• Background checks and drug screening required as part of on-boarding.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus.
• Assist in prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable inventories.
• Maintain sanitation and support a positive team atmosphere.
• Demonstrate a willingness to roll up sleeves and help where needed.
