Job summary

Metz Culinary Management is growing and is seeking Line and Prep Cooks for busy kitchen and café operations in Glenside, PA. We welcome applicants with a passion for food, whether experienced or motivated to learn, who bring energy and a positive attitude.

Open to both full-time and part-time candidates; background in food service is preferred but not required. Daily Pay is available as an optional benefit.

• Experience desired.
• Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics that would apply to inventory and portioning.
• Willing to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present delicious meals and impressive presentations following our Executive Chef Menus.
• Inventory and portion ingredients.
• Assist in kitchen prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation.
• Willing to train the right person with a passion for food; experience as a cook or culinary schooling ideal.
