Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble meals following recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and station organization throughout shifts.
• Assist with compliance to safety and sanitation regulations.

• Pay or shift range: $17.25 USD to $19 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Description

The Line Cook maintains efficient performance in food preparation in the Culinary Department and ensures adequate follow-through of job duties as outlined by the supervisor. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation. Incorporates the Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule:

• Full Time Sunday-Thursday 12:00 pm-7:30 pm
• Full Time Friday-Tuesday 12:00 pm-7:30 pm
• Holiday availability preferred

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen is preferred, but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification – training is available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient
