Job summary

The Winslow in Fort Collins, CO is hiring a Line Cook to support the Culinary Department with food preparation and station upkeep. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and safe, efficient kitchen operation in line with our standards.

This part-time position offers weekend shifts from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm with PTO, health benefits, and a 401(k) match for eligible employees. CPR/First Aid training is provided on hire, and we welcome applicants with a high school diploma and a collaborative

  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Description

The Line Cook at The Winslow maintains efficient performance in food preparation in the Culinary Department and ensures adequate follow-through of job duties as outlined by the supervisor. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation. Incorporates the Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule:

• Part-time working Saturdays and Sundays from 5 am to 1:30 pm.
• Holiday availability preferred

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen is preferred, but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification – training is available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient
