Generations is seeking a Dietary Aide at Mercer Commons to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents and guests. The role emphasizes a clean, welcoming dining room and prompt service, aligned with Generations' mission and values.

Description

Dietary Aides in Assisted Living at Mercer Commons are responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to residents and guests. The Dietary Aide ensures the Dining Room is welcoming by adhering to cleanliness standards and providing prompt and courteous meal service. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Incorporates Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule:

• Full-time, working Fridays through Tuesdays, from 12:00 pm - 7:30 pm
• 7-hour shifts
• Availability for holidays preferred

Requirements:

• Certification in CPR and First Aid, provided upon hire
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
