Job summary

The Royal Flying Doctor Service South Australia / Northern Territory (RFDS SA/NT) is seeking a Line Pilot to operate the Pilatus PC-12 across the Northern Territory, delivering aeromedical retrievals and inter-hospital transfers. Based in Darwin or Gove, you’ll work with flight nurses, doctors and engineers to provide essential healthcare in remote communities.

Qualifications

• CasA Commercial Pilot License or higher required.
• Current Instrument Rating with IPC and recent single-pilot IFR experience.
• About 2,000 hours total time and 1,500 hours PIC.
• Night flight experience and ability to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate Pilatus PC-12 fleet delivering aeromedical retrievals and inter-hospital transfers across the Northern Territory.
• Support primary healthcare missions and work alongside flight nurses, doctors and engineers.
• Upskill to Pilatus PC-12 PRO with comprehensive training and development.
