Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Line Operator 3 – Palletizer for all shifts at our Schaumburg, IL site. You will stack finished products on pallets, ensure accurate packaging, and support safe, efficient line operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED, preferred.
• Manufacturing or related experience preferred, especially in food manufacturing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a production capacity such as manufacturing, agriculture, warehouse, industrial, military or related environment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English in accordance with safety and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Stack cartons/containers of finished product on pallets following packing specifications.
• Identify and clear jams; monitor packaging quality and report defects.
• Maintain records of production and equipment performance and tally discrepancies.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs; ensure safety, quality and environmental responsibilities.
