Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring for a Cartoner Operator on the Production Team in Wisconsin. You will operate and monitor cartoning equipment to ensure pizzas are packaged accurately and efficiently, with attention to quality standards and safety.

The role involves 12-hour night shifts (5:20pm–5:30am), lifting up to 50 pounds, and completing production records. A strong team mindset and ability to follow procedures are essential. A comprehensive benefits package applies after 30 days.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to learn and follow documented procedures and quality standards.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn production equipment and systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform minor adjustments.
• Ability to accurately complete production records and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor cartoner equipment to package pizzas per product specs.
• Load cartons into machines and maintain glue applicator levels.
• Maintain carton supply and pallet flow to production.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and adjust to sustain operation.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time.
• Perform weight, box, and temperature checks and quality inspections.
