JOB TITLE: Line Operator

DEPARTMENT: Syrup Production

REPORTS TO: Production Manager

LOCATION: Cranston, RI

PAY: $17/hr

HOURS / SHIFT: 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Inspection: Check bottles for proper labeling, inspect the tightness of caps, check each bottle for syrup spots and overall cleanliness, verify ink jet codes and Julian codes for clarity
• Packaging: Pack and check each case to ensure proper bottle quantities, remove boxes from conveyor belt and palletize for shipments
• Work Area: Maintain a clean workspace, remove trash as needed, follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and report issues to the supervisor
• Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic understanding of production processes
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work Environment: Warehouse/Production setting with fluctuating hot temperatures and loud noises
• Physical Requirements: Ability to bend, reach, stand for entire shift, and lift up to 50 pounds
