Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to set rolls, weld edges, and inspect. This is a temp-to-hire position where you can join this team on a permanent basis.

Job Details

• Job Title: Finisher
• Location: Lancaster, PA
• Pay Range: $20.47 + $0.75 shift differential
• Schedule: Mon-Thurs 4:30pm-3am
• Temp to hire!

Job Requirements

Finisher:

• SAFETY practices MUST be exercised by each operator at all times.
• Use safety devices and equipment provided.
• Refer to shop manual procedures and types of edge finishing.
• Set rolls on finish table, straighten spirals for uniformity, and connect panels with connecting crimp.
• Confirm “spirals per foot” from shop order once table load is set up.
• Apply tension and trim spirals.
• Square the belt.
• Weld edges of belt according to required edge type.
• Inspect belt.
• Take belt to shipping department once approved by the supervisor.
