Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year distribution electrical power line work experience, OR equivalent line experience as described in the posting.
• Must have valid Class A CDL.
• Must be capable of progressing to higher classifications in the line of progression.

Aufgaben

• Assemble, install, maintain, remove and inspect overhead and underground facilities and equipment.
• Test, de-energize, ground URD cable and troubleshoot lines.
• Operate volt meters and other electrical test equipment.
• Replace fuses and operate switching/sectionalizing devices energized at various voltages.
• Build/erect equipment mountings and overhead transformer installations.
• Direct and supervise assigned workers and complete Monthly Apprentice Cards.
