Responsibilities

• Performs all work in a safe manner.
• Complies with safety rules, regulations and procedures.
• Installs, changes, transfers, moves and removes poles, transformers, meters, and other electrical equipment.
• Operates switches and cutouts in transmission and distribution circuits.
• Inspects poles and towers, reads meters, and conducts inspections.
• Drives truck and handles tools and equipment.
• Leads, trains and instructs employees in their work including switching.
