Breeze Aviation Group, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to manage daily QC operations at our location, developing and overseeing aircraft inspection activities.

You will report to the Manager, Quality Control and ensure compliance with Breeze procedures and regulatory requirements across Operational teams. The role requires strong communication and a proactive safety mindset, with willingness to travel up to 30% and to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license with no infractions.
• Five years of aviation maintenance experience with at least three years in Quality Control/Assurance/Inspection.
• Understanding of FAR parts 43, 65, 91, 121, and 145.

Responsabilités

• Administer Breeze Airways policies in Quality Control and inspection in line maintenance.
• Oversee work at line maintenance locations to ensure Breeze standards and CFR compliance.
• Perform Required Inspections (RII) per company manuals.
• Perform Materials Receiving inspections per company manuals.
• Perform engine borescopes and NDT inspections per O&M data and OEM data.
• Lead without formal title; drive team mentality and safety culture.
• Report to the Manager, Quality Control and support SMS and safety programs.
• Develop and monitor inspection procedures to ensure safe, reliable Breeze aircraft performance.
• Support calibration, tool procedures, and maintenance program recommendations.
• Monitor compliance with Breeze and FAA regulations; stay current with safety requirements.
