Responsibilities

• Follow material placement plan and production schedule for daily goals.
• Lift and carry materials to the mattress assembly line.
• Sort and place materials by size, type, color, or product code.
• Push a cart to pull materials required for the build process.
• Walk the shift and maintain shoulder strength for material handling.
• Keep loading areas clean and manage recycling of cardboard and plastic.
• Record damaged or substituted materials for tracking.
• Interact professionally with coworkers and support team requests.
• Perform housekeeping and operate the baler safely as required.
