Tempur Sealy is seeking a Shipping Loader to support our distribution operations. This role handles loading, tagging, and organizing shipments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long shifts, and work overtime including Saturdays as needed. We offer strong benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended shifts (8+ hours).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance.
• Willing to work overtime and some Saturdays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Verify tags match the load number and ensure the tag is scanned.
• Organize load within the trailer according to the order of stops.
• Review the shipping order to ensure all items are loaded.
• Assist with operating or loading the palletizer for Costco products.
• Perform each essential job function as required.
• Clean the work area and follow safety procedures.
• Sweep floors as needed.
