Job summary

ams OSRAM is seeking a manufacturing logistics leader to guide a line team on SOPs, safety, and quality. You will train teammates, coordinate OT and line scheduling, and drive 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include auditing production cells, coaching staff, maintaining production rates, and supporting problem solving to minimize downtime while promoting a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (education).
• 3-5 years manufacturing/logistics leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and drive to grow within the role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar office software.

Responsibilities

• Train team members on SOPs and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Able to perform all line positions and support production as needed.
• Arrange overtime, call-out coverage, and line scheduling.
• Ensure workstations meet Safety and 5S requirements and are audited.
• Lead audits and rapid problem solving; stop line if abnormalities occur.
• Coach and develop teammates and promote a positive work environment.
• Track production rates and escalate delays to supervisors as needed.
• Identify defects, limit production loss, and perform first level repairs.
