Job summary

You will set up lines, manage inventory, train temporary staff, monitor production flow, perform quality checks, comply with cGMPs, and collaborate with warehouse, maintenance and QA to keep operations safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED minimum.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and line diagrams.
• Ability to manage inventory and reconcile labor hours.
• Experience supervising temporary staff and directing line tasks.
• Familiarity with GMP, SOPs and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Use the Work Order as a guide to job requirements and specifications.
• Set up line or assist with line set-up using the line diagram.
• Inventory control and reconciliation for product and components.
• Assign and train temporary staff for line tasks.
• Oversee production flow, troubleshoot, adjust equipment, and improve line processes.
• Motivate temporary staff to maximize line efficiency and meet production goals.
• Ensure finished goods meet Work Order specs and perform hourly quality checks.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and adherence to SOPs and cGMPs.
• Record labor hours and production data; complete required paperwork.
• Coordinate with warehouse, maintenance and QA departments as needed.
