Job summary

Menasha Packaging Canada L.P. is seeking a Line Leader to manage packaging production lines in a Canada-based facility. You will supervise line workers, ensure GMP adherence, and drive efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires coordination with QA, adherence to SOPs, and effective communication to prevent production disruptions. Prior packaging equipment experience is an asset, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

• GMPs and SOPs knowledge essential.
• Ability to read production specifications.
• Proven ability to build strong teams and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train general labour in assembly and packaging.
• Maintain GMP compliance and a clean, safe workplace.
• Improve production efficiency on an ongoing basis.
• Reconcile feeder stock and components; report discrepancies.
• Maintain open communication lines with team and QA inspectors.
• Deliver high-quality products and meet customer expectations.
• Capable of fast-paced performance; use MS Office and ERP tools.
