Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate quality teams to improve manufacturing quality.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards across processes.
• Monitor and analyze quality data; write reports and recommendations.
• Provide quality training to technicians and inspectors; mentor staff.
• Maintain standard quality practices across all processes.
