Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a production lead to drive performance on a manufacturing line, ensuring quality, efficiency and timely delivery. You will guide daily activities, monitor equipment, and implement process improvements across the plant.

The role requires 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, strong knowledge of 5S and lean practices, and solid computer skills (email, Excel). This on-site position supports safe operations and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience with people leadership.
• Strong leadership capability and manufacturing knowledge (5S, Lean).
• Basic computer skills including email and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Gives direction and improvement recommendations for manufacturing processes.
• Ensures compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards.
• Assists with inventory, packaging, shipping/receiving and general facility maintenance as needed.
• Projects staffing for daily and future production needs.
• Monitors machinery, processes and work layouts to recommend improvements.
• May conduct safety and training programs for the production line.
• Mentors line staff and facilitates problem solving.
• Maintains and coaches standard work practices across all processes.
