O-I is seeking a Line Leader at our Lapel, IN facility to manage the production line, ensuring safety, quality and cost targets are met. You will coach hourly and salary staff and drive productivity improvements.

Responsibilities include analyzing data, meeting KPIs, and collaborating across departments on projects. Strong communication and continuous improvement mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of supervision in manufacturing.
• Experience in glass container manufacturing preferred.
• Understanding of Flow Manufacturing and Kaizen events.
• Willingness to support 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage total operation of production line to maximize safety, quality and cost targets.
• Coach and engage hourly and salary staff.
• Analyze production data to identify productivity and quality opportunities.
• Drive key performance goals for production lines.
• Collaborate with multiple departments on short- and long-term projects.
