Job summary

Monroechamber is seeking a Line Leader in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. In this role, you will direct and mentor an assembly team, ensuring safety, quality, service, and cost objectives are met. Responsibilities include developing production checklists and training team members. Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic math skills, and previous assembly or leadership experience. The shift is from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, and the wage is $25.25/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in basic math skills.
• Previous assembly experience and/or leadership experience helpful.
• Ability to walk, stand, sit and reach throughout shift.
• Ability to lift or exert force between 10-50lbs as needed.
• Ability to use hand tools, scales, label machines, fillers and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coach and mentor assigned assembly team.
• Ensure safety, quality, service, and cost objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain pre and post production checklists.
• Supervise and train pump/cap table team.
• Set up, maintain and troubleshoot filler.
