Qualifications

• Ability to present information to managers, clients and public clearly.
• Ability to define problems, collect data and conclude facts.
• Proficient PC skills and knowledge of Windows OS.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with Jabil software packages.

Responsibilities

• Organizes line workload and staffing for assembly operations by product priority.
• Ensures workmanship standards are met and CIQ issues are fixed promptly.
• Minimizes changeover times through planned changeovers.
• Manages materials to avoid excess and ensures proper stocking.
• Maintains accurate, current documentation on the line.
• Informs staff of deviations or changes and trains personnel.
• Monitors production and ensures deadlines and schedules are met.
• Supports continuous improvement across responsibilities.
