Strong leadership, problem solving, and Lean skills are essential. The role requires shift punctuality, willingness to work weekends/overtime, and ongoing participation in training.

Qualifikationen

• At least two years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience in motivating and leading people, driving a positive work environment.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Problem-solving skills required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Standardized Work, Continuous Improvement, 5S and JIT.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day production activities to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department leaders to address issues.
• Lead shift start-up meetings and communication, conduct safety and quality walks.
• Oversee line start-up, changeovers and downtime tracking.
