Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a Packaging Technician to support line operations in our Charlotte facility. You will assist in keeping the packaging line running smoothly, lead basic setup tasks, monitor materials and quality, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, a year of production experience, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to read production data and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 1 year of production experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Be able to obtain Lockout/Tag out Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead line setup and changeover; communicate production goals to next shift.
• Provide production run sheets to packaging operators.
• Update production system with completed counts and material inventory.
• Set up and operate multiple packaging machines; troubleshoot minor issues.
