Qualifications

• Experience using computers.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated understanding of reconditioning processes and lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely, meeting production and quality goals.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day team activities; identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
• Provide coaching, development, and performance feedback to the team.
• Create a work environment that promotes positive communication and Carvana values.
• Proactively communicate expectations, performance measures, and goals to the team.
• Prevent and resolve conflicts among team members.
• Monitor adherence to systems, policies, and performance standards.
• Review defects of incoming inventory and approve repairs or rejections.
