Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to supervise an Inspection Center team and drive production targets while upholding quality standards. You will direct daily operations, coach staff, and coordinate with the Inspection Center GM on inventory decisions.

The role requires a strong emphasis on safety, communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using computers.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record in last 3 years.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center to meet production and quality goals.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly inventory production targets.
• Oversee day-to-day team activities; identify strengths and opportunities for improvement.
• Coach and develop team members; manage performance and provide feedback.
• Lead safety practices and ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards.
• Train staff on Quality Control standards to minimize rework and delays.
