Job summary

Perricone Juices is seeking a Line Lead (PT4) for day shift to coordinate production activities across Extraction, Blending/CIP, Filler, Labels, Packaging, or Drumming. You will train and certify new hires, ensure on-time production, and maintain quality and safety standards on the line.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related production experience; bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred on our bilingual production floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1+ year related production experience or training.
• Experience training or mentoring others is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred on a bilingual production floor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work in the assigned area under the Production Supervisor.
• Certify new hires and cross-train crew on SOPs for the area.
• Monitor production plans and quality, ensuring on-time runs.
• Inspect equipment and report issues to maintenance and supervisor.
• Enforce GMPs, SQF, USDA, HACCP standards to prevent cross-contamination.
• Maintain safe work environment and respond to safety concerns.
• Record accurate production data for shift.
• Assist in training and mentoring crew members.
