Job summary

Perrigo Company plc is seeking a Training Technician to deliver and oversee production-line training in a GMP environment. You will ensure proper documentation, quality inspections, and adherence to work orders across assigned packaging workstations.

The role requires the ability to read and follow English instructions, with at least 6 months of manufacturing experience. This on-site position emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow English work instructions.
• 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Basic math and reading comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct training for defined area(s).
• Identify training needs and schedules and deliver training on identified shifts.
• Ensure GMP compliance and properly record inspections.
• Lead a line of 3 or more on a consistent basis.
• Enter data in the SAP system.
• Mentor area trainers and audit LMS curricula.
