Catallia Mexican Foods, LLC is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for the third shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.), Monday through Friday, with occasional biweekly Saturday overtime.

You will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, manage inventory, and lead a team to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in a food manufacturing environment. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Must communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management software (ERP), with strong Excel skills.
• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisor role in a warehouse environment or food manufacturing.
• Minimum 2+ years in inventory control practices within a food manufacturing environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a sit-down forklift.
• Must have previous experience in warehouse operations.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order staging.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and SOPs to maintain product quality and safety.
• Lead the team of warehouse staff, providing direction, training and development to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Schedule and prioritize workflow to meet customer orders while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing waste.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to track inventory movements.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics to coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and resolve issues.
